Yes. The private kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, cooker and hob, electric kettle, toaster, cookware, kitchenware, dishes, glasses and cutlery for everyday meals.

Yes. Filtered drinking water is available in the apartment for guests to use during their stay.

Is Wi-Fi free and reliable?

Yes. Complimentary high-speed fibre internet is available throughout the apartment, suitable for streaming, work calls and everyday browsing.

Is there Netflix or a Smart TV?

Yes. The living area has a Smart TV with Netflix access for a relaxed evening in.

Is the property secure?

Yes. The building has 24-hour security, and the apartment has private key access. Arrival instructions are shared with confirmed guests.

Is the apartment suitable for families or groups?

Yes. Maiylon Residence has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area and a kitchen. It sleeps up to 9 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults.

Is private parking available?

No. Private parking is not available. Uber, PickMe, taxis and tuk-tuks are easy to find from the apartment.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM on the departure day.

Can I request early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-in depends on the previous guest departure and cleaning schedule. Late check-out is subject to availability and is charged at LKR 5,000 per hour. More than two hours is charged as a full additional night.

How does self check-in work?

Self check-in is available. Confirmed guests receive the arrival instructions and key collection details before check-in.

Are smoking, parties or loud music allowed?

No. Smoking inside the apartment, parties and loud music are not permitted. Smoking indoors can result in a significant cleaning penalty.

Can I arrange airport transport?

An airport drop service can be arranged for LKR 12,000. Please request it in advance so the team can confirm availability.

Is there a lift in the building?

Yes. The apartment is on the first floor and the building has elevator access.

Can I request extra cleaning during my stay?

Yes. Additional room-service cleaning can be arranged for LKR 4,000 per visit, subject to team availability.

How close are the beach and daily essentials?

When will payment be arranged?

For a direct reservation, your dates are held as pending first. Maiylon confirms the booking before payment is arranged.
